With the prismatic steel structure system, structures can be produced as uninsulated or insulated upon request.

Technical data: The structures are produced considering the first degree earthquake conditions. Wind speed 102 km/h (h:0-8 m) TS498, snow load 80 kg/m². Structures that are assembled on-site on the ground concrete produced in the factory and prepared by the buyer can be dismantled and re-installed in another place at any time.

Dimensions: Building width 10 m (single span) column height
h: It can be 4-5-6 m. The building length can be extended as desired in multiples of 2.5 m. Provided that the block width is 10 m, double, triple, quadruple and quintuple blocks can be made.

Carrier System: It consists of NPI column, solid body steel truss and purlins, and wind connections are made. Connections are provided with steel bolts and nuts.

Roof and Facade Coating: Galvanized sheet metal sheets with 0.50 mm trapezoidal cross section are fixed to the purlins with galvanized and gasketed nails.

Doors: 350*350 cm dimensions are manufactured as sliding. (There is a 900 mm*2000 mm personnel service door on the door.)

Paint : The entire steel system is painted with anticorrosion and one coat of oil paint.

Installations: There is no electrical installation.

Dimensions: Building width is 12-30 m (single span), column height is 4-12 m, building height can be made to any desired length and column axis spacing can be 3-6 m.

Carrier System: Depending on the width of the building, the column can be in the form of a box made of 2 NPU beams, the shears can be a solid body, a knitting system or a complete tread system. Connections are provided with steel bolts and nuts. Crane system can also be made upon request. It can be produced with or without insulation. The buildings can be single storey or two or three storey.
