SAFETY NETWORK SYSTEMS AGAINST FALLS FROM HEIGHT

The construction sector is the sector where accidents resulting in injury and death are experienced most frequently in our country. In order to prevent these accidents, the Ministry of Labor has recently increased its inspections and necessary precautions have been taken in construction.

At the beginning of these measures is to establish systems with safety nets in risky areas. For exterior surfaces of constructions, shafts, elevators and stairwells, the web should be tensioned in accordance with the standard and the risk should be minimized. These applications not only prevent worker falls from height, but also prevent construction materials from falling on workers working below.

Some of these security measures are;

CASSETTE SYSTEM SECURITY NETWORK

The system is formed with a Q60x2,5 mm pipe profile carcass around, 60x60x2,5 mm box profile legs, and 10x10x6,0 mm polyamide rope inside. The application is made on the outer surface of the construction site, two floors below the floor where the formwork is made. This application is tested by throwing a weight of 120 kg from two floors in the presence of occupational safety personnel.

The system is implemented according to TS EN 1263-1 norms. Tüvsüt reports of the system are available.

CONVESTIONAL SYSTEM SECURITY NETWORK

A system is created with a Q60x2,5 mm pipe profile sewing and 10x10x6,0 mm polyester thread inside. The application is made on the outer surface of the construction site, two floors below the floor where the formwork is made. This application is tested by throwing a weight of 120 kg from two floors in the presence of occupational safety personnel.

The system is implemented according to TS EN 1263-1 norms. TÜV SÜD reports of the system are available.

SHAFT LIFT CAP NETWORKS

They are network systems made for shafts, elevators and stairwells on the floors of construction site buildings. For these systems, 120 kg weight tests are carried out in the presence of occupational safety experts.
