Hand Climbing Mold

Our sheet concrete formworks in the climbing formwork system are climbing formworks by crane as well as by hand. It allows us to invest less in sheet metal molds in high curtain molds.

Climbing formwork is a multi-purpose formwork system. It can be installed on large diameter round curtains as well as used in flat curtain wall moldings. Climbing can be done by hand. However, if you have a crane at your construction site and you have time to use it, it can also be climbed with a crane. After the first concrete is poured, some of the soldier (guide) boards remain in the concrete, and then they guide the molds to be installed in the new place where the concrete will be poured. Fewer molds are needed since all the molds are removed and moved to the area where new concrete will be poured, with the exception of some soldier panels. Therefore, the initial investment cost is low. In addition, steps in the form of stairs are mounted behind half of the military panels by welding. For this reason, it does not require additional work scaffolding. Thus, the scaffolding money is also saved. The installation and dismantling of the formwork system can be done easily with manpower, using only a hammer. Our system has features that can be used in project and job changes, that is, in different new jobs. As a result; Çeliksan Manual Climbing Formwork System requires less investment than both classical systems and standard sheet metal formwork systems.

Installation

In the first establishment, the soldier (guide) boards are held longer than the patterns. There is a distance of 100 cm between two soldier boards. Board mold(s) are placed between this. It is recommended that one of every two soldier boards has a ladder.

The top soldier boards are left in the concrete to pour the second concrete. All of the other soldier boards and board molds are removed and installed on the upper side. In this case, the guidance of the soldier boards remaining on the concrete is sufficient.

Stairs behind half of the soldier boards both provide climbing for the worker and serve as scaffolding. Because there is an adjustment shaft at the bottom of each ladder. The adjusting spindle serves to stabilize and straighten the ladder.

The panel molds used are generally 50×100 cm. Sometimes a 50×150 cm board is used. The size of the soldier boards is 10×150 cm and 10×200 cm.
