MAIN CHASSIS

The middle strut plate will be made of 4 mm Domex quality sheet metal that is resistant to flexing, and the upper and lower blades of the main chassis will be manufactured from 10 mm Domex quality sheet metal with I-section. Welding will be done by using gas metal arc welding method from side to side. 8 rubber wedges will be placed on the top of the chassis.

BASE SHEET HDR wear surface hardness 450 (primary) will be manufactured from 6 mm Hardox Sheet.
SIDE WALLS Surface hardness 450 6mm It will be manufactured from Hardoks 450 Sheet.
BACK COVER Surface hardness 450 will be made of 6mm Hardox Sheet. It will be hydraulic system.
FRONT CHEST Surface hardness 450 It will be made of 6 mm Hardoks Sheet.
