Why is Risk Analysis Performed?
The main purpose of assessing risks in the workplace is to protect the health of employees and to ensure the safety of workers and businesses. Risk analysis helps to minimize the possible damages that may arise from the activities carried out during the business. At the same time, it ensures that the work is more efficient and of high quality by examining the special situations of each age group and employees. According to Article 10 of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 enacted in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, every employer has to have a risk analysis done within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety studies.

Situations in which Risk Analysis should be done
A risk assessment is required in the workplace where there has never been a risk assessment and there are significant changes that may affect the health and safety of employees, such as:

Changing or improving techniques,
Making changes in the work organization or workflow,
Entering the new production process,
Entry into force of a new legislation or amending the existing legislation,
