İZOSAN - TIE-ROD DEFINITION
* TIE - ROD is a concrete repair and cold joint filling material.
* It is also used in segregation repairs and filling mold fastening holes.
* Due to its capillary feature, it penetrates into the concrete in the gaps it fills and provides adherence with the concrete.
* TIE - ROD does not require any preservatives after it is applied to the concrete surface and holes.
* Usage amount, 0,800 kg of material is used per meter when the cold joints are opened 2x2 cm.

IMPLEMENTATION
* After cleaning the surface to be applied and, if necessary, acid washing, the application surface is moistened and prepared, and the paste formed from 5 parts of powder and 1 part of water is applied to the surface or to the holes.
* All kinds of materials and material residues that may be found in gaps or holes should be thoroughly cleaned.

* Shelf life is 13 months in 20 kg plastic buckets, 30 kg propylene bags, 7"C temperature and dry environment.
