Production quality

MADENTEK hydraulic cylinders have superior quality and features to withstand the toughest industrial applications and environments. We produce special design hydraulic cylinders in our own factory with our own technical team. In the production process, we apply quality control procedures that will ensure absolute compliance with the design. In the MADENTEK production system, quality control functions not as a department, but as an important part of production. Our quality control team runs the cylinder by performing all final checks before delivery and only approves the product if all parameters are as the customer wants.

Engineering Process

MADENTEK provides its engineering experience from the unlimited capacities of the sectors it serves. In addition to the mining and energy sectors, we also provide services in the design and production of hydraulic cylinders to sectors where hydraulic systems are used extensively, such as construction and defense industry. The most important reason why we have such a high production quality in hydraulic cylinder production is that we add this experience and knowledge to every new product we produce by accumulating the experience we have gained from different sectors.
