Servo Feed
”Control Techniques” brand servo feed will be used.
Rollform Machine
It consists of 12 station units.
The stations will be manufactured from 1040 quality materials.
Black phosphate coating will be done.
Station shafts will be produced from 4140 tempered steel. The materials will be treated first and then subjected to induction process and surface hardness grinding will be done.
Form reels will be produced from 4340 quality material. The production method will be normalized first and then subjected to CNC process, given a hardness of 60 HRC, and surface hard turning again.
Drive gears will be produced from 8620 cementation steel.
Yilmaz brand gearmotor with 18 kW 100 output will be used. (It will be controlled by 18 kW driver.)
Movement to the stations is provided by taking motion from an 18 kW geared motor with a worm gearbox and giving it to the gears.
The gears will be in the oil reservoir.
The bearings used will be SKF/FAG/Timken brand.
Cutting Unit-Flying Scissors
It will be manufactured in such a way that it can cut between 0.50m – 12m.
Cutting dies will be made of high shear strength 2379 Swedish steel. The wire is processed in erosion and given a hardness of 62 HRC. The vacuum system is heat treated.
The cutting system is hydraulic with a capacity of 7.5 tons and will be controlled by a servo motor driver.
Drilling Press
It will be manufactured in such a way that it can work without stopping the production line.
The drilling press is hydraulically driven and will have a drilling capacity of 7.5 tons.
Cutting dies will be made of high shear strength 2379 Swedish steel. The wire is processed in erosion and given a hardness of 62 HRC. The vacuum system is heat treated.
Packaging Unit
The resulting profile will be pushed to the tilting table by the conveyor belt.
The resulting profiles will be stacked properly and will be made to the rollform outlet in a way that the bond will be made. The movement of the working style will be with the cutting of the profile of the table given with the piston and the downward movement of the profile and the falling of the profile.
Control System
Control Techniques brand servo driver will be used in the system.
Profile size, amount of profile to be produced and production speed parameters will be entered from PLC operator panel and production data will be stored in memory.
Security
The top of the rollform drive system will be covered with sheet metal.
There will be emergency stop buttons on the tape opening machine, press, rollform machine and packaging unit.
When the line starts to work, the warning lamp will turn on.
Hazardous parts in motion will have guards.
In case of overload, automatic stop (protection) will be activated.
