Emergency Escape Direction and Escape Distance Armature

A transparent surface that will be placed in the tunnel at certain intervals and will indicate the distance in meters from the two portals of the tunnel from that point, on which there is an emergency escape sign, with illumination thanks to the lighting elements inside (fluorescent bulb or LED lighting), fixed at a certain angle to the tunnel wall. They are bidirectional markers with digital printing in accordance with standards.

Technical specifications

1. It has a triangular geometry in its horizontal section and measures 910x500mm.
2. Its digitally printed surfaces on a transparent floor make an angle of 15 degrees with the tunnel wall.
3. It is fixed to the tunnel wall with 4 M8 steel dowels.
4. The raw material of the cabinet is galvanized sheet (it can also be aluminum or stainless steel at the request of the administration).
5. All screws and bolts used on it are A2 class Cr-Ni stainless steel.
6. It has transparent, tempered glass on both surfaces.
7. On the transparent surfaces, there is an empty rectangular area to write the distance in meters of the escaped man and the direction marker and the tunnel portal in that direction in appropriate colors and sizes.
8. Cabinet color is black (it can be in any color requested by the administration).
9. The painting method is electrostatic oven paint.
10. The product has insulation in IP-65 protection class and this feature has been documented by an organization accredited by TSE.
11. The LED product radiates thanks to the cool white LEDs inside (ROSH compliant, InGaIP, Water Clear, 100,000 hours life, 120 degrees, 6000 MCD).
12. The product with fluorescent lighting contains 2 pieces of 18 Watt fluorescent and electronic ballasts.
13. The operating voltage is 220 Volt AC.
