Out of Tunnel Telephone Visor

It will be installed on tunnel portals, there will be an emergency call phone and a fire alarm button, there is a console to be fixed to the floor; It is a product with shields protecting the phone user from the right and left sides. It is intended to be a carrier for service and emergency call phones and to protect the user from noise and wind in the tunnel at minimum level.

Technical specifications

1. The carrier console is fixed on the concrete floor with M12 steel dowels.
2. 8 mm thick transparent acrylic sheet is used on the side surfaces of the visor.
3. Galvanized steel plate is used in the construction of the visor.
4. The console, which is the carrier of the visor, is manufactured from welded rectangular box profile.
5. All fasteners such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers on the system are A2 class Cr-Ni stainless steel.
6. The metal surfaces of the console and the visor are painted with electro-static oven paint method.
7. The paint color is TCK orange (it can be in any color requested by the administration).
8. The mounting details of the box that will be mounted on the visor and will keep the emergency call phone are on the visor.
9. The surface of the visor, to which the telephone and buttons will be attached, is double-layered. In this way, the power and data cable entries of the telephone and buttons are not visible from the front and back.
