THERMAL INSULATION
While the physical properties of PVC-U provide high thermal insulation performance to the window, the Everest Max System's 4 chambers, 60 mm profile width and TPE gasket hardware also offer a superior performance in terms of insulation.
The thermal conductivity calculations clearly reveal the thermal performance of the system.
In general, the heat loss or gain in the building is expressed with the "U value". A smaller U-value means more insulation. This means better thermal sensing and more comfort.
The thermal insulation test result performed by IFT-Rosenheim has been documented as Uf = 1.4 W/m 2 K.

SOUND INSULATION

Everest Max System offers effective solutions in sound insulation with glass thickness alternatives of 20 mm, 24 mm and 28 mm.
Sound insulation tests were carried out for the Everest Max System within the framework of EN ISO 717-1 standards.
The sound reduction coefficient is documented as Rw (C, Ctr) = 42.8 (-1.5; -3.9) dB.
INTEGRITY IN THE SYSTEM
