It is an acrylic emulsion based primer for exposed concrete surfaces, walls and ceilings that increases the adhesion of gypsum and cement based plasters to the surface and increases the workability of the working time.

It is an easy-to-apply primer that offers economy and quality together, increases the adhesion of cement and especially gypsum-based plaster mortars to exposed concrete surfaces, prevents rapid water loss, increases the working time and workability of these plasters, indoors and outdoors, on vertical surfaces and ceilings. It is odorless, human and environment friendly.

Application area:

It is applied on all kinds of concrete, gas concrete, briquettes, bricks, plaster, exposed concrete walls, columns and ceilings before the application of gypsum and cement based plaster.

Method of Application:

After the application surfaces are cleaned of all kinds of oil, dirt, dust, loose and swollen layers, priming should be done as a single layer. During the application, care should be taken to ensure that the ambient temperature is between +5 °C and +30 °C. It should be applied with a roller.

Paintable Area:

It is recommended to apply as a single layer on the previously prepared surface with an exterior roller after thinning with 30% - 40% water according to the desired consistency and mixing for 3-5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous and lump-free mixture. During application, the product should be mixed at regular intervals. Touch dry at 20 °C is 30-60 minutes. The curing time is 24 hours. With 1 kg, 3-5 m² area can be primed in one coat. Consumption may vary according to the type, absorbency and structure of the surface to be applied.

Storage:

It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened package, in a cool and dry place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Close the lid of the package airtight after use.
