SDI (Sequential Direct Injection) LPG Kit

SDI is the Sequent Gas Phase system applied in direct injection vehicles. TSI, TFSI, GDI, Ecoboost etc. LPG conversion is done by checking engine code and petrol ECU code for direct injection vehicles such as engine types. Like sequent systems, it sends fuel in gas phase to the manifold with the injector. Easy to implement and more affordable than the LDI system, it provides the user with an advantage in conversion costs.

Sequential Autogas Systems

These are the systems in which the first operation of the vehicle is made with gasoline and then automatically switches to gas when the engine temperature reaches 40°C. By measuring the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gases, the amount of fuel is regulated appropriately in the Regulator and injector with the help of the electronic control unit.

How to Make Sequential Autogas Conversion in Vehicles?

By bringing the gas in the LPG Tank to the engine section by pulling the fuel line, the Regulator converts the liquid gas under high pressure to the vapor phase. LPG coming out of the regulator in vapor phase is filtered and cleaned of impurities. Then, combustion is ensured by giving it to the cylinders by means of injectors.

After mechanical assembly, vehicle-specific calibration is performed. Calibration is required for the system to activate. With the calibration, the LPG ECU memorizes all the operating parameters of the vehicle and creates the same gasoline map for LPG. Thus, there is no performance loss in the vehicle.
After calibration, the vehicle is ready to switch to gas.
